Location: Saudi German Hospital, Dubai, UAE

Saudi German Hospital Dubai is looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team.

Key Responsibilities:
✔Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for clinical and non-clinical positions.
✔Source, screen, and interview candidates.
✔Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
✔Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
✔Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:
✔Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the healthcare sector.
✔Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
✔Knowledge of UAE labor laws and healthcare recruitment is an advantage.
