We’re Hiring: Talent Management Analyst

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Ali & Sons Holding LLC is looking for a proactive and analytical Talent Management Analyst to support the delivery of key talent management initiatives across the Group. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about people, HR analytics, performance management, and talent development.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the end-to-end annual performance management cycle, including objective setting, mid-year, and year-end reviews.
• Monitor completion rates and coordinate with HR Business Partners and business units to ensure timely completion of performance activities.
• Review performance ratings for accuracy and prepare reports and dashboards for management.
• Support the administration and tracking of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
• Maintain and update employee data within the Oracle HCM Talent Management module.
• Generate talent reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.
• Prepare and consolidate data for talent review and succession planning meetings.
• Maintain succession planning trackers and identify data gaps or inconsistencies.
• Analyze talent trends and prepare meaningful insights for leadership.
• Support the preparation of training materials, communications, and presentations related to performance management and talent development.
• Coordinate talent management training sessions, maintain attendance records, and ensure proper documentation of all talent initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Talent Management Specialist or HR Leadership.

Qualifications & Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning & Development, or HR Systems.
• Working knowledge of Oracle HCM or similar HR systems is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
