Ali & Sons Holding is seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Agent to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Contact potential customers to create interest, qualify leads, and respond to inquiries from prospects.
  • Sales Outreach: Conduct outbound calls using scripts to promote company products and services, inform customers of offers, and close sales.
  • Customer Service: Address customer questions and concerns professionally, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Order Processing & Data Management: Accurately record customer details, process orders, and maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems.
  • Sales Performance: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to provide effective recommendations and build trust with customers.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Experience: Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Languages: Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications.
