Ali & Sons Holding is seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Agent to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Contact potential customers to create interest, qualify leads, and respond to inquiries from prospects.
- Sales Outreach: Conduct outbound calls using scripts to promote company products and services, inform customers of offers, and close sales.
- Customer Service: Address customer questions and concerns professionally, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Order Processing & Data Management: Accurately record customer details, process orders, and maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems.
- Sales Performance: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to provide effective recommendations and build trust with customers.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage.
- Languages: Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications.
