Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Telesales Specialist to sell investment products through outbound calling and inbound lead conversion. This is a pure sales role with individual targets, full ownership of the sales cycle, and a strong focus on closing.
No people management. No heavy administration. Your success is measured by conversions and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound calls and efficiently handle inbound leads
Qualify prospects based on interest, financial capacity, and buying timeline
Present investment opportunities clearly, confidently, and in line with compliance standards
Address objections, negotiate when required, and close deals
Maintain consistent follow-ups with warm and active prospects
Accurately update CRM records and manage a structured sales pipeline
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of telesales or inside sales experience
Strong phone presence with a proven track record of closing deals
Experience selling high-value products (investment, finance, real estate, or professional services preferred)
Fluent in spoken and written English
Highly target-driven, disciplined, and performance-oriented
Arabic language skills are an advantage
