Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales function. The role is responsible for developing strategic sales plans, building strong relationships with corporate clients, sponsors, and partners, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, a proven track record of meeting sales targets, and the ability to deliver client-focused and achievable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, sponsors and partners.
Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Identify and generate new business opportunities.
Maintain and update the client database and track sales performance.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
Qualifications & Skills:
➤ Masters degree in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent.
A UAE Driving License is Mandatory
Minimum experience of 3 to 5 years as a Sales Officer or Sales Manager.
Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong communication, Analytical, time management, and results-oriented skills.
Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
