Role Description The International Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for managing and growing relationships with international franchise partners, distributors, and key accounts across all operating markets. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating commercial activities, overseeing account performance, monitoring sales trends, and ensuring brand standards and operational guidelines are consistently applied. The International Account Manager will handle contract obligations, support market launches, prepare reports and forecasts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as operations, marketing, finance, and supply chain. The role also involves resolving issues, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring a high level of partner satisfaction while supporting Pickl’s regional expansion strategy.
Qualifications
Demonstrated problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to inclusive, collaborative work practices.
Experience in international account management, key account management, or business development, preferably within F&B, retail, or franchising.
Strong skills in relationship management, stakeholder communication, and cross-cultural collaboration.
Competence in sales analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting using spreadsheets and business intelligence tools.
Ability to coordinate projects across multiple markets, manage timelines, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of commercial contracts, pricing structures, and margin management is an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic or other regional languages are a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Comfort working on-site with local and international teams in Dubai, with occasional travel across regional markets.
Familiarity with food and beverage operations, franchise models, or quick-service restaurant brands is highly beneficial.
