Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Record daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, and expenses on accounting software.
- Responding to landlords’ requests such as sending consolidated statement of accounts, net income for the requested period, payment for any expenses related to property payment request.
- Depositing cash received into bank accounts.
- Maintain accurate ledgers for the company’s financial transactions.
- Perform regular reconciliations of bank and other financial accounts
- Manage vendor and customer invoices, ensuring timely payment
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements
- Help prepare and submit VAT returns
- Checking and processing payments to DTCM for tourism tax
- Monitor and record company expenses
- Assist with budget tracking and analysis
- Enter and verify journal entries in the general ledger
- Provide support during external audits
- Day to day entry of transitions
- Reconciliation of ledgers
- Counting cash and performing reconciliations
- Assist with the preparation of payments and payroll
- Perform general tasks related to the accounting function
Qualifications:
- Preferably Qualified or Finalist ACCA / CPA.
- 3 to 4 years of experience into mid-senior accounting role in UAE companies.
