Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Record daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, and expenses on accounting software.
  • Responding to landlords’ requests such as sending consolidated statement of accounts, net income for the requested period, payment for any expenses related to property payment request.
  • Depositing cash received into bank accounts.
  • Maintain accurate ledgers for the company’s financial transactions.
  • Perform regular reconciliations of bank and other financial accounts
  • Manage vendor and customer invoices, ensuring timely payment
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements
  • Help prepare and submit VAT returns
  • Checking and processing payments to DTCM for tourism tax
  • Monitor and record company expenses
  • Assist with budget tracking and analysis
  • Enter and verify journal entries in the general ledger
  • Provide support during external audits
  • Day to day entry of transitions
  • Reconciliation of ledgers
  • Counting cash and performing reconciliations
  • Assist with the preparation of payments and payroll
  • Perform general tasks related to the accounting function

Qualifications:

  • Preferably Qualified or Finalist ACCA / CPA.
  • 3 to 4 years of experience into mid-senior accounting role in UAE companies.
