Role Description
This is a full-time, in office role for an Accountant, office located in Dubai, Al Quoz 3. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. Daily tasks include budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, payroll processing, and managing invoices and payments. The Accountant will also assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial audits.
Qualifications
- Strong accounting, financial analysis, and budgeting skills
- Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel
- Experience in payroll processing and tax preparation
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the construction or design industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional accounting certification (CPA, CMA, etc.) is beneficial
