Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including document filing, data entry, and correspondence across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and office logistics for senior leadership and visiting partners.
  • Support procurement documentation, vendor coordination, and invoice tracking to ensure timely processing and compliance.
  • Maintain compliance with UAE business regulations, including trade licensing, customs documentation, and record-keeping audits.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business correspondence for internal operations and client communications.
  • Act as a key liaison between departments to ensure smooth flow of administrative support across logistics, finance, and sales teams.
