Job Description

  • Administer PIMS modules for punch list creation, validation, categorization, assignment, and closure; ensure mandatory fields, codes, tags, and references are complete and accurate in line with project procedures.
  • Update and correct entries, de-duplicate items, and maintain traceability links to subsystems, ITRs, work packs, and materials NCRs to preserve clean data for handover.

  • Coordinate with Supply Chain to clear material-related punch items through cross-referencing POs, MRRs, and logistics records in PIMS and supporting systems.
  • Generate routine and ad hoc reports and dashboards by subsystem, discipline, priority, and responsible party; distribute to internal leadership and client per reporting calendar.
  • Support onshore and offshore walkdowns and status validation; reconcile field findings with system status and update PIMS accordingly to reflect true progress.
  • Train users on PIMS data entry standards, coding, and workflows; publish quick guides and perform spot audits to improve first-time-right data quality.
  • Interface with Completions and QC to align ITR status, punch categorization, and mechanical completion packages for timely client acceptance.
  • Align PIMS configuration and reporting with project procedures referencing common industry tools (e.g., Hexagon, ICAPS, ProCoSys), ensuring consistent terminology and fields.
