- KEY RESPONSIBILITY
- Support the execution of fleet operations plans to meet daily transportation and workforce deployment requirements.
- Coordinate vehicle allocation and assist with route planning to ensure timely and efficient employee transportation across assigned locations.
- Support the implementation of transport models that accommodate shift patterns, peak demand, and operational changes.
- Oversee daily staff transportation activities, ensuring alignment with approved manpower schedules and service commitments.
- Monitor and support shift‑based transport operations to ensure uninterrupted 24/7 service delivery.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and vehicle inspections to ensure fleet availability, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage vehicle administration activities including registration, renewals, accident reporting, and insurance coordination.
- Support fleet budgeting activities, including monitoring fuel, leasing, and driver‑related costs, and identifying cost‑saving opportunities.
- Supervise drivers and transport support staff, ensuring adherence to duty schedules, safety requirements, and operational instructions.
- Track and report key fleet performance indicators such as vehicle availability, on‑time performance, safety incidents, and service quality.
- Use fleet management systems and GPS tracking tools to monitor operations and support accurate reporting.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, vendors, and internal stakeholders to address operational requirements, escalations, and follow‑ups.

Internal stakeholders including Operations, Procurement, Finance, HSE, and client representatives; external service providers and fleet vendors.
