Medcare Hospitals & Medical Centres is looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager – HR to join one of our flagship hospitals.
You’ll be responsible to manage and support end-to-end HR operations, manpower planning, payroll coordination and employee relations while ensuring fair practices and policy adherence.
The role involves driving employee engagement initiatives and supporting performance management processes.
This role is ideal for an HR professional with a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in HR operations within the healthcare sector, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is equally adept at driving operational excellence and managing people effectively.
