Job Overview:
As a Branch Manager at Emirates NBD, your role is responsible for the branch’s financial performance, operational control and customer service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Achievement of portfolio growth, sales, cross-sell and any other applicable financial targets for the branch for all applicable segments.
- Ensure customer service standards in order to deliver consistent and superior service.
- Ensure operation controls and compliance with policies, procedures and regulations to protect the bank’s interests.
- Manage, motivate and coach the branch staff to achieve desired levels of productivity and competency.
Skills and Experience
- Graduation in any discipline.
- Atleast 3 years experience in Branch Banking.Â
- Understanding of regional market.
- Comprehensive understanding of Retail Products & Services along with processes.
- Leadership and people management skills.
