This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Dubai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to drive growth. Daily tasks include market research, client meetings, proposal development, and collaboration with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and project success. Qualifications
- Excellent skills in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong Market Research and Analytical skills
- Effective Communication and Presentation skills
- Experience in Proposal Development and Strategic Planning
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the legal, financial, or consulting industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
