Call Center Agent – Arabic Speaker

  • Role – Call Center Agent – Arabic Speaker

  • Salary – 5000 AED

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide information about products/services, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Record details of customer interactions, complaints, comments, and actions taken in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex queries or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and quality standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
  • Adhere to call center scripts, protocols, and compliance requirements.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Proficient in using computers, CRM software, and standard office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
