Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide information about products/services, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Record details of customer interactions, complaints, comments, and actions taken in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex queries or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and quality standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
- Adhere to call center scripts, protocols, and compliance requirements.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Proficient in using computers, CRM software, and standard office applications.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
