Sales Admin – Real Estate Developer
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in a sales administrative or coordinator role, must be within the real estate industry.
- Familiarity with real estate sales processes, property documentation, and CRM systems.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experienced with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot, as well as electronic signature tools like DocuSign.
- Highly skilled in preparing professional reports( this is MUST to have)
- Basic understanding of financial documents, sales contracts, and compliance regulations relevant to the real estate industry.
Administrative Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Attention to detail in document handling and data entry.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, professionally, and confidently.
- Collaborative team player, able to work effectively across departments to support sales, operations, and management.
Additional Assets:
- Multilingual abilities.
- Understanding of local real estate laws and market trends.
