Sales Admin – Real Estate Developer

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales administrative or coordinator role, must be within the real estate industry.
  • Familiarity with real estate sales processes, property documentation, and CRM systems.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experienced with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot, as well as electronic signature tools like DocuSign.
  • Highly skilled in preparing professional reports( this is MUST to have)
  • Basic understanding of financial documents, sales contracts, and compliance regulations relevant to the real estate industry.

Administrative Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail in document handling and data entry.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, professionally, and confidently.
  • Collaborative team player, able to work effectively across departments to support sales, operations, and management.

Additional Assets:

  • Multilingual abilities.
  • Understanding of local real estate laws and market trends.
