What will you do:

As a Transformational Senior Product Manager, you plays a strategic and leadership role in managing the development and delivery of products that align with business goals and customer needs.

They act as a key liaison between stakeholders, product teams, and senior leadership, ensuring that the product vision is effectively communicated, executed, and delivered with measurable value.

The role involves delivering innovative solutions that enhance customer experience, improve operational efficiency, and align with the organisation’s strategic goals. The role is expected to oversee the overall Product Function to bring in a consolidated view.

Responsibilities:

1.Product Strategy & Vision for CRM

Ability to define long term CRM product strategy aligned to customer lifecycle, business goals, and revenue outcomes.

2. Roadmap Management

Build, maintain, and prioritize a CRM roadmap balancing customer value, business impact, and tech feasibility.

3. Data Driven Decision Making

Use analytics, segmentation, and customer insights to shape product decisions and optimize CX journeys.

4. Backlog Management

Own, manage, and prioritise the product backlog to ensure development aligns with business priorities.

Refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and epics to provide clarity for the development team.

Balance technical, functional, and customer-centric requirements effectively.

5. Development and Delivery

Partner with development teams to ensure timely delivery of product features and enhancements.

Validate delivered features to ensure they meet business and technical requirements.

6. Performance Measurement

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of retail products.

Use data analytics tools to generate insights and make data-driven decisions.

– Identify areas for continuous improvement based on performance metrics.

Technical Competencies:

– Strong understanding of customer behaviors, needs, and motivations to design compelling CRM experiences.

– Experience with platforms such as CRM products Google Analytics, social feeds

– Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

– Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

– Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).

– Knowledge of UX/UI best practices and digital trends.

– Ability to balance technical constraints with business needs.

– Strong understanding of retail operations, customer journeys, and omnichannel strategies.

– Leadership and mentoring abilities with experience managing or guiding teams

Qualification, Experience & Certification:

– Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field

– Minimum of 14+ years in product management roles, with at least 3 years in a senior capacity. Proven track record of managing end-to-end product lifecycles and delivering successful solutions.

– Advanced certifications in Product Management or Agile methodologies are a plus.
