Creative Multimedia Specialist

Job Description

SANZEN PROJECT MANAGEMENT L.L.C. is looking for a highly creative and hands-on Creative Multimedia Specialist to join our growing Marketing Department in Dubai.

We are seeking a talented professional with strong experience in luxury real estate, lifestyle, and social media content production who can independently handle shooting, editing, and delivering high-quality visual content aligned with premium brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute professional video shoots for projects, campaigns, events, and property showcases
• Create high-quality short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Meta Ads
• Handle complete video editing, color grading, subtitles, motion graphics, sound enhancement, and final export
• Produce Arabic and English content for digital campaigns and social media platforms
• Work closely with the marketing and creative team on campaign concepts and content strategies
• Manage photography, lifestyle shoots, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content
• Coordinate drone shoots and property visual storytelling when required
• Organize and maintain content libraries and media assets professionally
• Use AI creative tools to improve production speed and content quality

Requirements:

• Arabic speaker (Read, Write & Speak – Mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of professional multimedia/video production experience
• UAE Driving License & own vehicle (Mandatory)
• Strong experience in video shooting, editing, and social media content creation
• Experience in luxury real estate, hospitality, lifestyle, or premium brands preferred
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut Pro, Canva, or similar tools
• Experience using AI tools such as Runway ML, Adobe Firefly, ElevenLabs, CapCut AI, Pika, or related platforms
• Ability to independently manage projects from concept to final delivery
• Strong portfolio is mandatory
