Primary Objective

  • Management of Document number allocation and general data issue.
  • Transmit engineering and supplier documents through all procedural steps in accordance with procedures and guidelines.
  • Ensure all project documentation is processed, transmitted and filed in accordance with the relevant document management system and can be retrieved in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Issue, track and expedite squad checks .
  • Knowledge of document control functions and related applications.
  • Knowledge of handling documentation for Sub-Contractors and third party associated.
  • Knowledge of handling Supplier module and vendor data processes.
  • Extend assistance to Internal stakeholders on Project handover formalities include Archiving.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint application.
  • Assists in Record Management and Archival exercises.
  • Assist with the improvement of the project document control processes and procedures.

Essential Skills/experience

  • Relevant Experience in Document Control experience in Oil & Gas industry.
  • Good Communications, written and oral (English).
