We’re Hiring | Finance Controller – Alkalma Group

Alkalma Group is looking for an experienced and results-driven Finance Controller to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the Group’s financial operations, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, cash flow management, internal controls, and financial strategy across the UAE and KSA.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in accordance with IFRS and applicable UAE and KSA regulations.
Ensure compliance with DOH Abu Dhabi, tax, healthcare, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
Manage cash flow, working capital, receivables, and payables.
Strengthen internal controls and coordinate with external auditors.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Lead and develop the finance team.
Collaborate with Operations, HR, Procurement, and senior management to achieve business objectives.

🔹 Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional qualification such as ACA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA.
8–10+ years of experience in finance/accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Strong experience in the healthcare sector, particularly hospitals or clinics.
Extensive knowledge of DOH Abu Dhabi regulations and KSA financial and regulatory requirements.
Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and financial management skills.
Based in Abu Dhabi, with occasional travel to KSA as required.
