We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and leadership-focused Financial Strategy & Leadership Consultant to provide financial insights, strategic guidance, and leadership support to organizations seeking sustainable growth and improved business performance. This role will work closely with executives, management teams, finance leaders, and key stakeholders to strengthen financial strategy, optimize business performance, and support high-level decision-making.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop financial strategies aligned with organizational goals, business plans, and long-term growth objectives.

• Analyze financial performance, profitability, cash flow, budgets, forecasts, and key financial indicators.

• Provide strategic financial recommendations to executives and senior management.

• Support business planning, financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial modeling.

• Identify opportunities to improve profitability, cost efficiency, cash flow, and overall financial performance.

• Conduct financial analysis to support investment decisions, business expansion, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.

• Evaluate business models, financial structures, and commercial opportunities to identify potential risks and returns.

• Develop financial models, business cases, management reports, and executive presentations.

• Support leadership teams in translating financial insights into practical business strategies.

• Advise management on financial risks, resource allocation, performance management, and strategic priorities.

• Develop and monitor financial KPIs, performance metrics, and management dashboards.

• Conduct market, industry, competitor, and economic analysis to support strategic financial planning.

• Support organizational transformation, business restructuring, cost optimization, and financial improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, HR, and Executive Leadership teams on cross-functional initiatives.

• Facilitate strategic planning and financial review sessions with senior leadership.

• Monitor the implementation and performance of financial strategies and recommend corrective actions when required.

• Maintain confidentiality and ensure financial information is handled with professionalism and discretion.

✅ Requirements

• Proven experience in financial strategy, corporate finance, financial consulting, business strategy, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and business performance management.

• Experience working with senior executives, finance leaders, management teams, or corporate clients.

• Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent understanding of financial statements, financial modeling, profitability analysis, and cash flow management.

• Strong commercial awareness and ability to connect financial performance with broader business objectives.

• Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with ERP systems, financial planning tools, BI platforms, or advanced Excel is an advantage.

• Strong ability to develop financial models, business cases, executive reports, and strategic recommendations.

• Knowledge of risk management, corporate governance, investment analysis, and business transformation is preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple strategic projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• Professional qualifications such as CFA, CPA, ACCA, CA, CIMA, or equivalent are an advantage.

• MBA or advanced qualification in Finance, Business Strategy, or Management is an advantage.
