Job Title: HR Assistant
Department: Human Resources
Reports to: Head of Governance and Internal Audit
Location: UAE, Sharjah
1. Job Purpose
To support the daily HR operations by handling administrative and documentation tasks, maintaining employee records, and assisting in payroll, recruitment, and government-related processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper implementation of company policies.
2. Key Responsibilities
HR Administration
– Maintain and update employee files, ERP records, and physical and digital documentation.
– Prepare HR letters, certificates, warnings, and internal forms.
Payroll Support
– Assist in collecting payroll data (attendance, leaves, deductions, overtime).
– Prepare payroll inputs and submit them to Finance
– Maintain confidentiality of salary information.
– Support final settlement preparation when required.
Recruitment Support
– Assist the Recruiter in publishing, filtering CVs scheduling interviews.
– Ensure all onboarding documents are signed and complete.
Government & PRO Coordination
– Prepare documents required for visas, labour contracts, and renewals.
– Coordinate with PRO for employee transactions.
– Track expiry dates for visas, labour cards, and IDs.
– Maintain records of government documents.
Employee Records & Compliance
– Ensure employee files are complete and updated.
– Maintain confidentiality of HR records.
– Follow company policies in all HR documentation.
– Support audits when requested.
3. Qualifications
– Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
– 1–3 years of experience in HR
– Knowledge of UAE Labour Law is preferred.
– Experience in excel is an advantage.
4. Skills & Competencies

– Ability to follow instructions accurately and work under pressure.
