Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative Development

  • Develop creative visuals and layouts for campaigns, catalogues, social media, e-commerce, POS materials, packaging, and in-store branding.
  • Create visually engaging content aligned with seasonal collections and home lifestyle themes.
  • Design marketing assets including brochures, banners, emailers, web creatives, and promotional materials.

Brand Consistency & Visual Identity

  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across platforms.
  • Support development of visual storytelling aligned to home aesthetics and product positioning.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing, Buying, VM, and Product teams to understand campaign objectives and product focus.
  • Support photoshoots and content creation for home collections, including mood boards and styling concepts.
  • Translate product features into strong visual narratives for customer communication.

Concept Development & Innovation

  • Brainstorm and conceptualize new ideas to strengthen the Home Division’s visual presence.
  • Contribute to seasonal campaign themes and creative direction.
  • Stay informed on interior design, lifestyle, and retail design trends to bring fresh inspiration.

Project & Asset Management

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Incorporate stakeholder feedback and revise creatives to achieve final approval.
  • Prepare final artwork files for print production and digital use, ensuring technical accuracy and quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience

Knowledge, Skills & Expertise

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD).
  • Working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere for motion content is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of branding, visual hierarchy, typography, and layout design.
  • Awareness of interior design, home styling, and lifestyle aesthetics preferred.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within retail, lifestyle, home, or marketing environments.
