Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a strong background in conceptual design and brand identity. The ideal candidate will have experience developing impactful campaigns, producing strong visual layouts, and crafting compelling design-led headlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop concept-driven designs across digital and print platforms.
- Create and maintain strong brand identities, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Design high-quality layouts, visuals, and creative assets for marketing and communication campaigns.
- Conceptualize and execute integrated campaigns from idea to final delivery.
- Design and refine headlines, visual systems, and layout structures that enhance storytelling.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and creative teams to deliver cohesive creative solutions.
- Prepare artwork for production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a creative or advertising agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing:
- Conceptual thinking
- Brand identity work
- Campaign development
- Layout-driven design
- Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud, with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator is a MUST.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creative excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on integrated campaigns across digital, social, and print channels.
- Exposure to regional or international brands.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Experience operating in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
