Graphic Designer (Real Estate & Property Development)
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer with a strong background in real estate and property development. You will craft compelling visual identities for master-planned communities, residential towers, and commercial projects — from project branding and sales suite materials to digital campaigns and on-site signage.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
â—† Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate or property development
â—† Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
â—† Experience with master-plan branding and community identity
â—† Design of sales brochures, presentations, and marketing collateral
â—† Production of digital and social media assets
â—† Hoarding, signage, wayfinding, and site branding
â—† Motion graphics and video editing (After Effects a plus)
â—† Strong portfolio showcasing development-related projects
â—† Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
