Job Description

Position: HR Admin

Salary: 2000 – 4000 AED

location: Abu Dhabi

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation process
  • Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations
  • Process employee benefits, such as health insurance and leave requests
  • Assist in the preparation of HR documents, such as employment contracts and offer letters
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide information and guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to the HR team
  • Assist in organizing employee events and training programs
  • Maintain and update HR databases and employee files
  • Keep track of HR metrics, such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations
  • Other duties as assigned by the HR Manager

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in HR administration or a similar role
  • Knowledge of HR processes and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is a plus
  • Fluent in English, Arabic language skills is a plus
