Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for an HR Admin – PRO/Payroll (Tagalog Speaker). Responsibilities include managing HR administration, overseeing Payroll processing, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and handling visa and immigration procedures for employees. Additionally, the role involves maintaining employee records, supporting employee relations, and providing an exceptional level of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will also assist in facilitating clear and effective communication between employees and management.
Qualifications
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee queries.
- Support performance appraisals and HR reporting.
- Handle visas, work permits, and labor card renewals.
- Liaise with government authorities for approvals and compliance.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory reports.
- Process monthly payroll accurately (salaries, deductions, allowances).
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare payroll reports and resolve employee queries.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and payroll data.
- Keep updated with labor laws, visa regulations, and payroll rules.
- Coordinate between employees, management, and authorities.
