Company Description

We are supporting a UAE-based industrial organisation operating within a regulated defence and government-related environment.

We are looking for an experienced HR & Admin Officer to manage employee administration and support UAE HR compliance.

Job Description

The HR & Admin Officer will support the complete employee lifecycle, including employee records, visas, onboarding, offboarding and Emiratisation-related administration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate employee files.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Support employment visa, residency and work-permit processes.
• Monitor employee documentation and renewal dates.
• Maintain HR information within the HR management system.
• Coordinate leave, attendance and employee administration.
• Support payroll-data preparation.
• Monitor Emiratisation-related administrative requirements.
• Coordinate with PRO and Finance teams.
• Ensure HR administration complies with UAE labour regulations.
• Prepare HR letters, employee records and supporting documentation.
  

Qualifications

• Previous HR administration experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law.
• Practical UAE employment-visa and employee-documentation experience.
• Bayzat experience is required/preferred based on operational needs.
• Odoo HR experience is advantageous.
• Experience with Emiratisation administration is preferred.
• Strong organisational and confidentiality skills.
• Fluent English.
• Arabic is an advantage.
