Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR administration, including employee records, onboarding, personnel documentation, and HR correspondence.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including CV screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and liaison with recruitment agencies.
  • Assist with payroll coordination, leave administration, attendance management, employee benefits, and other HR processes.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR databases, employee files, and HR information systems.
  • Manage the front office reception by welcoming visitors, handling incoming telephone calls, responding to enquiries, receiving deliveries, and ensuring a professional reception experience.
  • Provide administrative support to management, including preparing correspondence, reports, presentations, scheduling meetings, and coordinating daily activities.
  • Coordinate office administration, including office supplies, courier services, travel arrangements, and general administrative requirements.
  • Respond to employee HR and administrative enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, company policies, and internal HR procedures.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company information.
  • Support additional administrative projects and business initiatives as required within the scope of the role.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR & Administration experience within the UAE.
  • Professional proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken, written, and reading) is required, as the role involves regular communication with employees, visitors, business partners, and government authorities.
  • Sound knowledge of UAE Labour Law, visa and immigration procedures, and HR compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems such as Odoo or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Candidates who can join within a short notice period will be an advantage.
