HR Coordinator
Job Description
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry
- Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and employee-related compliance requirements
- Experience in handling day-to-day HR operations and employee matters
- Knowledge and practical experience with ERP or SAP systems
- Ability to manage employee records, documentation, attendance, leave, and other HR-related responsibilities
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle HR responsibilities efficiently
- Strong follow-up skills and the ability to coordinate with management and employees
