Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Executive to join our growing organization. As part of our team in Dubai, you’ll work in a hybrid environment that encourages collaboration and growth. This role requires a solid understanding of UAE Labour Law, hands‑on HR experience, and strong communication skills to help foster a positive, compliant, and collaborative workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations
- Manage daily HR activities including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date HR databases, personnel files, and HR systems.
- Support payroll preparation by coordinating attendance, leave records, and employee updates.
Employee Relations
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Assist in resolving employee issues while ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law.
- Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives aligned with agency culture.
Compliance & Government Relations
- Ensure all HR processes comply with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
- Handle visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and related government documentation. Knowledge of free zone visa applications (e.g., DMCC, Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, DIFC, etc.) is an advantage.
Recruitment & Talent Support
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for agency roles.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth integration into the agency environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of HR experience in the UAE.
- Comprehensive knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage confidential information.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
- Experience in a creative, media, or agency environment is a plus.
