Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations for blue-collar workforce. The role involves sourcing, hiring, onboarding, and maintaining employee records while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle bulk hiring for blue-collar roles
  • Source candidates through job portals, field recruitment, and referrals
  • Coordinate walk-in interviews and recruitment drives
  • Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews
  • Manage joining formalities including background checks, document collection and verification
  • Coordinate induction and orientation programs
  • Ensure timely onboarding of employees at site/location
  • Act as a point of contact for blue-collar employees
  • Address grievances and workplace issues
  • Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Blue-collar experience mandatory
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in UAE required
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Good communication and stakeholder‑management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
