Requirements: • Minimum 2 years UAE HR experience, preferably in healthcare. • Recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations expertise. • Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR policies. • Payroll, leave management, and HR documentation handling. • Performance management and training coordination. • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. • Handling employee grievances and fostering a positive work culture.
