HR Manager | Real Estate Brokerage | Build From Scratch | Dubai

We are looking for an experienced, execution-driven HR Manager to build the people function of a real estate brokerage operation in Dubai from the ground up.

The immediate priority is clear: identify, attract and recruit high-performing Sales Managers who can build strong brokerage teams, drive revenue and establish a performance-led sales organisation.

Core Responsibilities

• Recruit proven, high-performing Real Estate Sales Managers in Dubai.
• Build scalable broker and sales-team recruitment pipelines.
• Develop the HR function, policies, processes and systems from scratch.
• Establish structured onboarding, KPIs and performance management.
• Build a high-performance, accountable and adaptable organisational culture.
• Manage workforce planning as the brokerage scales.
• Ensure compliance with UAE employment regulations.

We are looking for someone with strong Dubai recruitment networks and real estate brokerage exposure, capable of identifying genuine performers rather than simply filling vacancies.

This is a builder’s role for an HR leader who has the confidence and execution capability to help create a high-performing organisation from zero.
