HR Operations Manager

The HR Operations Manager plays a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations that support business objectives. You will oversee daily HR functions, maintain accurate HR data, and drive process improvements while fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with corporate values.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage daily HR operations, ensuring efficient delivery of HR services such as payroll, employee records, and HR systems.
  • Develop, implement, and improve HR policies, procedures, and operational workflow.
  • Manage HR data, reporting, and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and HRIS systems.

Skill Sets/Experience We Require

ERP Knowledge is MUST. Advanced Excel is a Must (Pivot tables | Dashboards| Data Crunching)

Min. bachelor’s degree in human resources, or related field.

5+ years’ experience in related job.

Experience working in fast-paced or matrix organizations is an advantage.
