About the job
We are looking for an HR Officer to join our HR Officer team in Dubai.
This role will play a key part in shaping the employee journey, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding through to offboarding while maintaining excellence, accuracy, and efficiency across people processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate employee onboarding and induction processes.
- Support the end-to-end offboarding process, including employee exits and related documentation.
- Ensure employee records and HR systems are maintained accurately and confidentially.
- Prepare HR documentation and support employee lifecycle activities.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver a positive and engaging employee experience.
- Respond to employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee relations activities, including disciplinary and performance management processes, ensuring consistency and compliance across the employee lifecycle.
- Support People Experience initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement across people processes.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience within Human Resources, People Experience, Employee Relations, or HR Operations.
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes, particularly onboarding and offboarding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience within hospitality or multi-site operations is advantageous.
