HR Operations Specialist (UAE Construction Industry)
Looking for a skilled and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join our team in the UAE.
Key Requirements:
• Minimum 4-8 years of experience in the UAE construction industry (mandatory)
• Proven experience in HR operations, including employee lifecycle management
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law
• Experience handling payroll, visa processing, and compliance
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day HR operations and administration
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
• Handle onboarding, offboarding, and employee records
• Coordinate with PROs on visa and labor matters
• Support payroll and benefits administration
