HR Specialist (Russian Speaking)

Since then, we’ve become the market leader in high-end residential real estate in Moscow and expanded internationally with offices in Dubai, London, Abu Dhabi, Muscat, and St. Petersburg. Our Dubai office is one of the fastest-growing teams in the company. Every month, we welcome new brokers, managers, and back-office professionals, which is why we’re looking for an HR Specialist to help us attract outstanding talent, guide candidates throughout the hiring process, and ensure every new team member feels welcome from day one
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, building efficient processes, and wants to be part of a company where HR plays a meaningful role in business growth
What You’ll Do
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from gathering hiring requirements to onboarding new employees.
- Recruit primarily for Sales, Administrative, and Back Office positions.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate interviews, prepare job offers, and support new hires during onboarding and adaptation.
- Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and internal HR reporting.
- Work closely with our PRO team on employment visas, labor documentation, and other mandatory administrative procedures.
- Advise employees and managers on HR and administrative matters.
- Monitor and improve internal HR processes, identifying opportunities for greater efficiency.
- Contribute to the development of Whitewill’s employer brand.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent Russian and English.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law is a plus.
