What We’re Looking For (Candidate Profile Summary)

Someone who:

  • Thinks like a “data owner” — not just entering data, but questioning it, cleaning it, and improving how it’s structured
  • Is fluent in spreadsheet logic — able to build formulas and structures that reduce manual work and errors
  • Has enough technical curiosity/coding exposure to automate where possible, even if not a “developer”
  • Understands the weight of payroll-linked data — accuracy and timeliness are non-negotiable
  • Is comfortable working cross-functionally with Payroll, Finance, and HR stakeholders
