About the Role
The HR Administrator will provide complete administrative support across the Human Resources function, ensuring accurate employee records, smooth HR operations, and effective coordination of employee lifecycle processes. The role will support recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, HR reporting, and day-to-day HR activities while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Records & HR Administration
- Maintain and regularly update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage employee documentation including contracts, offer letters, Emirates ID, visas, insurance records, and other HR-related documents.
- Ensure timely updates of employee changes including promotions, salary adjustments, transfers, leave records, and employee status changes.
- Support the preparation of HR reports, dashboards, and workforce data analysis.
Onboarding Support
- Assist with preparing letters of offer, employment documentation, and onboarding requirements for new joiners.
- Coordinate pre-employment documentation and ensure completion of onboarding checklists.
- Support new employee orientation and HR induction activities.
Employee Lifecycle Support
- Assist with employee onboarding, probation tracking, confirmations, and offboarding processes.
- Monitor contract expiry dates, probation periods, visa status, and other key employee milestones.
- Support employee requests related to HR documents, employment letters, NOCs, payslips, and other HR services.
- Maintain accurate leave and attendance records and coordinate with employees and managers when required.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Support HR policy implementation and ensure employees are aware of HR procedures.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with UAE labor requirements and internal HR processes.
- Coordinate with PRO, payroll, finance, and other departments on employee-related matters.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
Employee Engagement & Support
- Support HR initiatives including employee engagement activities, internal communications, and company events.
- Assist with employee feedback initiatives and HR improvement projects.
- Provide professional and timely support to employees and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR administration or a similar HR support role.
- Experience working in the UAE is preferred.
- Good understanding of UAE labor practices and HR processes.
- Experience with HR systems, employee databases, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, real estate, construction, or luxury development industry is an advantage.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and digital HR tools is preferred (preferably Oracle ERP Fusion, SAP)
