【Position Details】

🧠 Title: TA Assistant (Hunter)

💻 Work Mode: Remote, prefer full-time engagement

💰 Compensation:

• Base Pay: USDT 500/month
• Commission: Per successful hire, top performers can earn USDT 2000+ / month

【We’re Looking For】

• Proven experience in talent acquisition / recruitment (mandatory)
• Strong interest in crypto / Web3 industry
• Ability to commit consistent daily hours to support the project
• Strong communication, sourcing, and organizational skills
• Responsible, proactive, and task-oriented

⚠️ Note: Candidates without TA/recruitment experience will not be considered. This role is high-output and competitive.

【Your Responsibilities】

• Support the TA team with sourcing and resume screening
• Engage candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms
• Help arrange interviews and maintain pipelines
• Report progress and keep recruitment trackers up to date
