Job Description
The HR Intern will support the Human Resources department in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, administration, and record management. This internship provides hands-on exposure to various HR functions and offers an excellent opportunity to develop practical HR knowledge within a professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Assist in posting vacancies on job portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Support onboarding activities for new employees.
HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee records and personnel files.
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry.
- Support visa, insurance, and employee documentation processes.
- Ensure employee records are accurate and up to date.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Support employee recognition and wellness initiatives.
- Help coordinate internal communications and HR announcements.
- Participate in employee surveys and engagement programs.
HR Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare HR reports and trackers as required.
- Assist with attendance and leave record management.
- Support HR audits and compliance activities.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information at all times.
Learning & Development
- Assist in coordinating training programs and workshops.
- Track training attendance and completion records.
- Support learning and development initiatives across the organization.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Human Resources
- Business Administration
- Psychology
- Management
- Related field
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship or administrative experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of UAE labor law is a plus.
- Familiarity with HR systems or recruitment platforms is preferred.
