Position: Human Resource Operations and Methods Officer

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

We re looking for a passionate and skilled Human Resource Operations and Methods Officer to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

• HR Governance, Policies & Procedures.
• Review, update, and streamline HR policies, procedures, guidelines, and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, internal standards, and HR best practices
• Compensation Governance, Salary Frameworks & Career Progression.
• Develop and implement a structured salary range framework aligned with existing job grades and corporate compensation principles
• Develop HR governance principles and supporting documentation to standardize compensation-related decisions
• Expatriate Management.
• Employee Relations & HR Operations.
• Act as a HR focal point for employees and managers.
• Support employee relations matter by providing guidance, policies, and practical HR solutions
• Handle employee inquiries and contribute to the resolution of workplace issues in a fair and professional manner.
• HR Projects & Continuous Improvement.
