Role Description The Human Resources Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for supporting and managing core HR functions within the company. This role includes administering HR policies and procedures, handling employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining personnel records, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor regulations. The Human Resources Specialist will manage employee benefits and leave administration, assist with performance management processes, and support employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving workplace issues. Day-to-day tasks also involve coordinating recruitment activities, preparing HR reports and documentation, and collaborating with management to support a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in core HR operations and support.
  • Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies and Personnel Management, including policy implementation, record-keeping, and compliance.
  • Candidates should possess expertise in Employee Benefits administration, covering compensation, benefits programs, and leave management.
  • Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and work effectively across diverse teams.
  • Candidates should possess strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Relevant experience in real estate or professional services environments, and familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations, is beneficial.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office, is preferred.
  • Accounting and bookkeeping knowledge will be an plus.
