Job Overview: As a Manager – Digitization at Emirates NBD, your role is to drive the bank’s digital transformation agenda by leading the definition, design, and implementation of digital channel for Business Banking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business needs into detailed requirements, ensuring the inclusion of features that serve SME customers, and supporting the launch, adoption, and migration of clients to the new digital channels.
  • Improve digital servicing covering CRM, Core Banking and other ancillary systems used by Business Banking for seamless delivery of products and services to customers
  • Liaise with TBS team for deployment of new features to strengthen the online channel offering and to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables
  • Support launch and drive adoption & migration to new channel
  • Implementing customer campaigns to migrate customers from physical to digital channels
  • Increasing digital adoption among existing and new customers
  • Track implementation of key projects, provide regular updates to senior management
  • Streamline existing processes to improve digital journeys
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and operational risk standards
  • Collaborate with marketing, relationship management, and training teams to drive awareness and adoption of the new channels.
  • Support customer education initiatives, user guides, and digital training materials for internal and external users.
  • Track post-launch performance, user feedback, and adoption metrics to identify enhancement opportunities.

Skills And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business/ IT field is required. Professional business qualification (in business or channel management) would be a plus
  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant work experience is required.
  • Exposure to digital banking channels; business banking practices as a plus.
  • Strong business analysis, stakeholder management, and delivery coordination skills.
  • Strong system understanding, including online channels; understanding of usability/ user interface architecture know-how as a must
