Job Description

  • Implement marketing and communications plans and public relations strategies aligned with M42’s strategic goals for healthcare facilities in Sharjah.
  • Manage the execution of marketing activities, including brand marketing, media relations, corporate communications, events, campaigns, and social media.
  • Supervise content creation in English and Arabic for all communication channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets to support thought leadership and strategic advertising.
  • Work with Business Development teams to drive community engagement programs that enhance the assets brand reputation.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and improve communication strategies for diverse demographics.
  • Regularly report research findings to senior management to support continuous improvement in marketing initiatives.

  • A passionate marketing professional with 7+ years of proven ability to execute strategic and operational marketing plans.
  • Strong experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns across various platforms and channels.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
