Job Description

We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Motion Graphic & AI Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality motion graphics, video content, and AI-powered creative materials to support the company’s digital marketing, social media, and branding initiatives. This role requires a strong combination of creativity, technical skills, and knowledge of modern AI tools used in content creation.
Key Responsibilities

1. Motion Graphics & Video Production

• Create engaging motion graphics, animated videos, and visual effects for social media, digital campaigns, and company presentations.
  
• Develop property promotion videos, brand animations, and marketing visuals.
  
• Edit and enhance video content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to produce high-impact visual content.
  

2. AI-Powered Content Creation

• Utilize AI tools to generate creative visuals, video concepts, and marketing materials.
  
• Support the team in integrating AI technologies into content production workflows.
  
• Create AI-assisted graphics, voiceovers, and video elements to enhance digital campaigns.
  
• Stay updated with emerging AI tools and technologies relevant to media production.
  

3. Creative Development

• Translate marketing concepts and ideas into visually engaging animations and videos.
  
• Ensure all motion graphics align with the company’s brand identity and marketing objectives.
  
• Propose creative concepts for property promotions, brand storytelling, and social media campaigns.
  

4. Collaboration & Campaign Support

• Work closely with the marketing, social media, and sales teams to support campaigns and promotions.
  
• Assist in creating visuals for property launches, events, and company activities.
  
• Deliver content within deadlines while maintaining high quality.
  

5. Innovation & Trend Monitoring

• Stay updated with the latest trends in motion graphics, video editing, and AI-driven design tools.
  
• Suggest innovative visual concepts to improve audience engagement and brand visibility.
  
• Monitor competitor content and propose creative improvements.
