About Wynn Al Marjan Island:
On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in Spring 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.
About The Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Administrator to join the resort’s Cage Department Team.
Responsibilities
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Handle office tasks such as filing, generating reports and setting up meetings
- Assist and act as a go-between for the Team on HR related inquiries and concerns
- Maintain a polite and professional communication via all means of communication
- Develop and maintain a filing system and a departmental centralized contact list
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle document requests
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock inventory levels, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies and verifying receipts of supplies
- Expected to take on various tasks as assigned based on evolving needs of the department
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 – 3 years related work experience, preferably in a gaming environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent with written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and analytical with strong documentation and computer skills
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license
