About Wynn Al Marjan Island:
On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.
About The Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Administrator – Gaming Special Events to join the resort’s Gaming Special Events team.
Responsibilities
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Provide administrative support for all gaming special events, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting
- Assist with guest communications, RSVP tracking, and database management
- Coordinate logistics such as travel arrangements, vendor bookings, and internal approvals
- Prepare event materials including signage, itineraries, and welcome packages
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events
- Track expenses, process invoices, and assist with budget reconciliation
- Support on-site event operations and ensure VIP guests receive personalized service.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive guest information
- Contribute to post-event reporting and feedback collection
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support, preferably in hospitality, events, or gaming operations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management tools
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Experience in luxury hospitality or gaming environments
- Familiarity with UAE event regulations and guest service standards
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or Event Management
