A Front Desk Receptionist is a front-line administrative professional who serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees at an organization. They play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere and are responsible for managing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk and reception area.
To deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of our visitors and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival. Deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face. Supply information regarding the organization to the clients and customers.

- Managing Visitors: Registering visitors, issuing visitor badges, and ensuring security protocols are followed.
- Scheduling: Managing appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings for employees and clients.
- Mail and Courier Handling: Receiving and distributing incoming mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
- Office Coordination: Assisting with general office tasks, such as maintaining office supplies, tidying the reception area, and coordinating maintenance requests.
- Customer Service: Providing basic customer service to visitors and callers, addressing inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate resources.
- Administrative Support: Assisting with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and preparing documents.
- Communication: Facilitating effective communication between departments and employees by relaying messages and providing updates.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining visitor logs, appointment schedules, and other records relevant to the reception area.
