We’re growing fast and looking for a Senior Creative Designer to elevate our creative output across video ads, static ads, social media, performance marketing, CRM, B2B, and offline channels.
This role is for someone who can turn briefs, customer insights, and product benefits into sharp, premium, scroll-stopping creatives that tell a clear story and feel locally relevant.
What You’ll Do
You’ll work closely with the Head of Growth & Marketing and the wider marketing team to create high-quality assets across the brand’s most important touchpoints, including:
- Video ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and other digital platforms
- Static and carousel ads for performance marketing campaigns
- Social media content including posts, stories, reels covers, carousels, and short-form edits
- CRM visuals for Push, WhatsApp, email, and in-app campaigns
- Motion graphics including typography animation, app overlays, and lightweight video storytelling
- Campaign concepts, moodboards, storyboards, visual routes, and ad adaptations
- B2B and internal design including pitch decks, templates, brand kits, and partner assets
- BTL and offline collateral including flyers, rollups, posters, standees, and event assets
A key part of this role is using AI-powered image, video, and design tools to speed up creative exploration, build stronger concepts, and scale production across channels. You’ll actively use tools such as Flow, Nano Banana, Higgsfield, Envato, Canva, Adobe, Google, ChatGPT, and similar platforms alongside traditional design workflows to move faster, test more ideas, and find creative shortcuts without compromising quality.
What You’ll Bring
- 5–7 years of experience in design, visual storytelling, or creative content production
- Strong portfolio showing video ads, static ads, social media creatives, campaign design, and storytelling ability
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
- Good experience with AI creative tools such as Flow, Nano Banana, Higgsfield, Envato, Canva, ChatGPT, or similar platforms
- Strong design foundations: typography, layout, hierarchy, composition, motion, and premium visual polish
- Ability to design for both brand storytelling and fast-moving performance needs
- Strong understanding of social-first, mobile-first, and performance-led creative formats
- Ability to translate customer use cases into simple, benefit-led creative ideas
- Ability to refresh creative hooks, message angles, and visual routes, not just resize assets
- Ability to create multiple creative routes and adaptations from one brief
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across Growth, CRM, Partnerships, and B2B
- Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to move fast without compromising quality
- Genuine excitement to work in a fast-growing startup environment, with the commitment, pace, and creative energy needed to handle quick turnarounds, rapid iterations, and smart creative hacks using AI tools

- Agency, startup, mobility, lifestyle, luxury, hospitality, or tech experience
- Familiarity with Meta performance creative formats and rapid iteration cycles
- Experience with AI video generation, AI image generation, and prompt-based creative workflows
- Ability to write simple visual scripts, ad hooks, storyboard directions, or short social copy
- Experience creating content for UAE, GCC, or premium urban audiences
